Absoultely can not beat this location!! It is well out of town but before the Llao Llao peninsula. The hotel is on the top of a cliff overlooking the lake and mountains. The superior double room we stayed in was on the bottom floor. Panoramic views from living room and bedroom. Service was very accommodating. Breakfast was basic - bread, butter, jam, coffee, juice. There are a few restaurants in the area, but we also cooked a lot in the kitchen which was well stocked. Very cute dog on site as well. Would recommend this place to anyone, just realize you shoud plan to do some cooking and activity planning on your own.

The suites were beautiful, well-appointed and with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The suite had a kitchen with fridge, microwave, and plenty of dishes and cutlery. The rooms and hotel facilities were very clean. The grounds were very well kept. Friendly hotel dog! I would recommend this hotel based on the value I received for my money but the guests should be aware of the potential limitations such as frequent unavailability of staff.
Repetitive problems with my room card key and often difficulty in finding staff for help when needed. The manager's hours at the front desk were very erratic and short despite living on the grounds.
